Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind what we sell. That is why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible, your item should be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging where possible. To start a return or refund request, contact us at support@cachitolabs.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Please do not send any item back before contacting us, as items returned without an approved request cannot be processed.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you the next steps. Depending on the item and the situation, we may approve a refund or replacement based on photo or video evidence rather than asking you to ship the item back. If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send it. We will always let you know what to expect before you do anything.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@cachitolabs.com with photos or a short video so we can evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom made products, personal care and hygiene items once opened or used (for health and safety reasons), and gift cards. Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you are unsure whether your specific item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing or before requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return on the original item and, once it is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item should be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging where possible. Please include your order number when you contact us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have reviewed your return or refund request and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
